Return Process

  Log into your Merajora account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization Number is clearly included inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
